Synarsi is a free planning calculator. By using it you agree to these terms.
Software that does arithmetic on numbers you provide or import, using assumptions you control, and shows you factual, publicly available market data.
An investment adviser, research analyst, broker, distributor, or agent, registered or otherwise. Nothing in the app is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or switch any security or product. Projections are illustrations built from your inputs and assumptions; markets do not follow assumptions.
You are 18 or older. Your inputs are yours to get right. Decisions you take are your own, and talking to a SEBI-registered adviser before acting is sensible.
The service is provided as-is, free of charge, without warranty. Data sources (fund NAVs, expense ratios, rates) are third-party and can be wrong or delayed; we show their dates. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the app.
No scraping, no attacking the service, no using it to provide advice to others for a fee.
Synarsi is free today. We may introduce paid plans or paid features, or change the business model, in the future. If we do: everything you have already stored stays yours, and exporting or deleting your data stays free forever; we will state clearly inside the app what costs money and what stays free; and no paid change applies to your account until you explicitly accept it inside the app. Your acceptance or refusal is recorded against your account with its date and the exact version of the terms you saw. If you refuse, you keep using whatever remains free, or you take your data and leave; we never silently start charging you.
Prices will state GST as applicable, you will receive a proper invoice, the refund policy will be published alongside the pricing before you pay, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 apply to paid services.
Material changes are announced in the app and require your re-acceptance before account-backed features continue; the version history of what you accepted is kept on your account.
You can close your account and erase your data at any time from inside the app. We may suspend accounts that attack the service or break the fair-use rule, and we will say why.
The app, its code, and its content belong to Dyntechnik Ventures Pvt Ltd. Your data is yours; we claim no rights over it beyond what is needed to run the service you asked for.

If the operator changes, for example a business transfer or restructuring, your data moves with the same promises made here, and you will be notified inside the app with the option to leave first.
If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest still stands.
