Privacy policy
How Synarsi handles personal information submitted through this website.
Plain-English summary. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send through the contact form on this site. We use that information to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to send you marketing email. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Synarsi (the "we", "us", or "our" in this policy). Synarsi is an agentic AI consultancy. You can contact us about anything in this policy by emailing shruthik@synarsi.com.
2. What information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, we collect:
- your full name,
- your work email address,
- your company name,
- your industry (optional), and
- the message you write to us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider's web server logs basic request metadata in the normal course of serving the site (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp, and response status). These logs are retained for a short period (typically up to 30 days) for security and operational diagnostics only. We do not load any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site.
3. How we use that information
We use the information you submit through the contact form for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. Specifically:
- your enquiry is delivered to our inbox so a human can read it;
- we may reply to the email address you provided;
- we may keep your message so the conversation has context if you reach out again later.
We do not:
- add you to any marketing or newsletter list,
- sell or rent your information to anyone,
- share your information with advertisers or data brokers,
- use your information to train any third-party AI model.
4. Legal basis (EU/UK visitors)
If you are in the EU or UK, the lawful basis on which we process the personal information you submit is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK/EU GDPR), given when you tick the consent box and submit the contact form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. Service providers we use
The contact form is delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a third-party form-relay service. They process the form contents in transit only to deliver them to us, and their handling is governed by their own privacy policy. Our website itself is hosted by Hostinger, whose infrastructure handles the request logs described above under their privacy policy.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form enquiries indefinitely so we have continuity of conversation if you reach out again. You can ask us to delete your enquiry from our inbox at any time and we will do so, except where we are required to retain something for legal or compliance reasons.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you,
- have it corrected if it is wrong,
- have it deleted,
- restrict or object to certain processing,
- receive a copy of it in a portable format,
- withdraw consent (where consent is the legal basis), and
- complain to your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email shruthik@synarsi.com. We will respond within one calendar month.
California residents: the same rights are available to you under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. We use reputable infrastructure providers (Hostinger, Web3Forms) and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information you send us. No system is perfectly secure; please do not send sensitive information (financial details, government ID numbers, health information) through the contact form.
9. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set any cookies, does not load Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics, and does not include advertising or social-media tracking pixels. Your browser may receive a session cookie from the form provider for the duration of submitting the form; it is not used for tracking.
10. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside the country you live in. Where personal information is transferred from the UK/EEA, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers (typically Standard Contractual Clauses). You can ask us for more detail.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the change is material, we will note it on this page. Continued use of the contact form after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
13. Contact
Questions, requests under the rights described above, or anything else privacy-related: email shruthik@synarsi.com.
